Bablock operates self-service automated luggage storage lockers in central Tirana, Albania (Rruga Ded Gjo Luli, in front of Harri Truman Square). By using the lockers or this website you agree to these terms.
Lockers are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, on a self-service basis. No reservation is required. Rental begins when payment is made at the terminal and ends when the selected duration expires.
Prices are as displayed on the locker terminal and on our website at the time of use. All prices are in Albanian Lek (ALL). We accept cash (banknotes and coins) and card payments. Prices include applicable taxes. No refunds are issued once a rental period has started.
If a rental period expires and items are not collected, additional storage fees may apply. Bablock reserves the right to remove and store uncollected items, subject to a handling fee, after 24 hours beyond the rental period.

Bablock reserves the right to open any locker and contact authorities if there is reasonable suspicion of prohibited items being stored.
Bablock takes reasonable security measures including video surveillance and robust locking mechanisms. However, Bablock's liability for loss, theft, or damage to stored items is limited to the locker rental fee paid for that session. We strongly recommend not storing high-value items (cash, passports, jewellery, electronics) in the lockers, or to insure them separately.
Bablock is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from the use of our lockers or website.
If you forget your locker code, contact us immediately at +355 69 87 63 363 or bablock.lockers@gmail.com. We will verify your identity and assist you in regaining access. This process may take time depending on availability of staff.
